Fantastic response for the new vaccination machine for smolts at the AQUANOR’11 trade show in Trondheim

The Maskon Team at stand U-800 had some very busy days showing and explaining the new VX8 vaccination machine and the new anaesthetic system.

The exhibition started with a visit from His Majesty the King Harald of Norway, The Minister of Fisheries Lisbeth Berg Hansen and the Mayor of Trondheim Rita Ottervik.

The High Speed VX8 vaccination machine had a demo run 2 – 3 times each day and a lot of interest was shown on every demo. 

Many of the visitors were from Chile and the UK and the co-orporation established with Pharmaq in Chile and Sterner AquaTech in the UK will provide customers with the best in support, local to them across the UK and Chile.

International visitors show keen interest

Despite the rain, the tent housing the vaccination of salmon smolts was not large enough to cover the large number of visitors.

The Maskon team was pleasantly overwhelmed by enquiries and questions received from all 4 corners of the globe.
