The Maskon Spoon Applicator is developed specifically for double cavity cups, and is fully automated for efficient in-line operation with the filling/packing system. The unit is robustly built, and is designed to satisfy the hygienic standards of the food industry. The Maskon Spoon Applicator is currently in use at a number of leading Norwegian and European food companies.

Control and quality Each applied spoon is camera controlled, and rejected cups are discharged. A progressive screw system ensures a controlled cup feed. The system is easily operated through a touch screen operator panel. Apart from the refilling of spoons and glue, the machine runs unattended under normal operation.
